  They only open Monday-Thursday, and closed on all Federal holidays. Since holidays usually lie on Mondays, making appointments can become inconvenient at most times (if you are getting treatment that need to be within a set time period). "Center for Excellence" is an overstatement. I was very disappointed in the lack of professional experience I've received as a patient at this facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff, from front desk and behind the scene, was unprofessional and unhelpful, in my opinion. I did my research and told them wanted to take Accutane, so they finally gave in making me try all this topical regimens that were not working. I knew the process to get a prescription for Accutane was intensive, and knew what I was signing up for. However, I did not expect this facility to make it any harder for me. I knew that my insurance would not pay for Accutane, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. Dawn (the lady in charge of sending the prescriptions) was extremely unhelpful. She was rude, and uncooperative, and had a bad attitude when I asked her to send my prescription to several different pharmacies so that I can try for my insurance to pay for it. When I finally found a pharmacy that accepted my insurance coverage, my pharmacist reached out to Dawn to get her to cooperate with proper documentation to have my prescription approved by my insurance. My Pharmacist called me back and told me that Dawn told her to "give the patient the cash price". This is very unhelpful. Another incident occurred when I was sent to go back to Quest Diagnostics for more blood work testing. Long story short, Dawn was arguing with the lab tech instead of just simply cooperating with the lab tech. I was there when the lab tech called Dr. Dee's office. I had to personally call on my own, to get it straightened out. The blood testing facility simply wanted the prescription for the lab work to be written a certain way. With each visit, I would always get a new, unnecessary problem that they would bring up (and they're issues that should not have been brought up if they had done their job properly in the first place). I shouldn't have to spend so much time fighting with them, showing them how to do their job correctly. If I was not already in the middle of my 6-months treatment, I would just switch to a more professional Dermatology facility. Switching in the middle would be more of a hassle for me right now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCOOPERATIVE STAFF HERE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
