- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Dr Anain for a cyst on my big tow in May of this year. Surgery was indicated which finally happened August 11(he only does surgery every two weeks on a Friday). Monday's are follow-up appointments where you are palmed-off to a resident who has to run to the Dr to get an answer to your question. Meantime, the wound got infected which I reported but no one bothered to call me back. I had to force an appointment to be seen. It's not much better with the office staff. They promise to call but never do which included my pharmacy with a question. It took a full week for them to act, only because I called and insisted.
